This was a multi-phase project that spanned 8+ weeks.

The project direction for "Deal Workspace" came from the need to inform product positioning and direction, as well as achieve cross-functional alignment around core value. The goal was to create a more cohesive and effective product strategy, resulting in redesigns across the product.

Our 3 year company vision was to create a connected workspace makes it effortless for teams to share insight with the people and systems that need to know.

MY ROLE:

Team of 8 – I was the design lead for this project, partnering up with 2 other designers, 1 product manager, 1 engineering lead, 2 engineers.

USER SEGMENT:

We focused on mid-size to enterprise-level B2B SaaS AEs with longer deal histories. Their level of experience and internal sales process were factors that we considered.
